Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS within 1 month of hire/transfer date required.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from Wisconsin Board of Nursing prior to hire.
• Licensure via Wisconsin Board of Nursing or current multi-state license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans; monitor and communicate patient condition.
• Coordinate care across disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assist with discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team.
