OrthoWest is seeking a Surgical Radiology Technologist to operate X-ray and c-arm equipment in a fast-paced OR setting. The role involves obtaining operative and fluoroscopic images during sterile procedures while coordinating with surgeons and the OR team.

The position requires ARRT certification, Nebraska radiography licensure, and BLS. Schedule is 40 hours per week, with evenings on-call as needed, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualificações

• 1+ years hospital surgery experience preferred.
• ARRT certification required.
• Nebraska state Medical Radiographer license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsabilidades

• Operate radiation-emitting equipment following safety protocols to protect patient and staff.
• Perform quality diagnostic portable x-ray and c-arm exams for interpretation by a supervising physician.
• Adjust technical parameters to obtain optimal images.
• Assist and position patient to complete exams in a timely manner.
• Attend and participate in department meetings and work cooperatively with surgeons.
