OrthoNebraska is seeking a Surgery Radiology Technologist to join a fast-paced OR where you will obtain operative and c-arm fluoroscopic images during sterile procedures and surgeries. This on-site role requires ARRT (R), Nebraska radiographer license, BLS, and 1+ year hospital surgery experience.

You will operate large and small c-arms, adjust parameters for optimal images, work with the surgeon to maintain a sterile field, and participate in on-call coverage evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an AMA-approved radiologic technology program.
• ARRT (R) license required and Nebraska state radiographer license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• 1+ year hospital surgery experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Operate radiation-emitting equipment following safety protocols.
• Perform quality diagnostic portable x-ray and c-arm exams.
• Adjust technical parameters to obtain optimal images.
• Assess patient positioning to complete exams promptly.
• Attend department meetings and work in a fast-paced team.
• On-call for evenings and weekends on a rotating basis.
