Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care.
• Must hold RN licensure and BCLS; ACLS/PALS preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care per the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and staff.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist in surgeries and maintain sterile environment (OR services).
• Educate patients and families on conditions and discharge plans.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards.
• Document care promptly in the medical record.
• Participate in audits, chart reviews, and quality initiatives.
