Job summary

AllianceHealth Durant seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Surgery department for a full-time role. You will provide patient-centered care guided by nursing processes, collaborate with physicians and staff, and support pre-, intra-, and post-operative care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years college coursework or nursing degree completed.
• RN licensure in good standing.
• BCLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care according to nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and documents findings.
• Makes administer medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures and supports care planning.
• Maintains infection control practices and patient safety.
