Job summary

Precision Staffing is looking for an Inventory Coordinator in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will manage daily inventory transactions and coordinate case scheduling in a professional manner. This is a temp-to-hire position within the orthopedic medical device manufacturing sector.

The ideal candidate should have a High School Diploma/GED, strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and an interest in the medical device field.

The schedule is Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with competitive pay and benefits.

Inventory Coordinator Precision Staffing is seeking an Inventory Coordinator for placement with a global leader in orthopedic medical device manufacturing. Position Details

• Pay: $19.23 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Location: Columbus, OH 43201

Key Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and receiving for all surgical inventory
• Communicate with teams on surgical case requirements and timelines
• Review and clarify requests from sales teams, addressing any issues related to surgeries
• Place orders to ensure adequate surgical coverage
• Assemble and prepare surgical instruments and implants for hospital delivery
• Respond to incoming/outgoing inventory inquiries
• Perform instrument assembly as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (College Degree preferred)
• Ability to lift boxes and instrument trays as needed
• Strong interest in the medical device/orthopedic field
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to manage priorities
