Orthopedic Hand Surgery opening in State College, PA

Area is surrounded by state parks. Located 140 miles from Pittsburgh; 170 miles from Baltimore, MD.

Position Details:

• Full-time, permanent
• Candidates must be BC/BE
• Stable multi-specialty group
• Join a seven-physician, hospital-employed practice seeking an Orthopedic Hand Surgeon
• 260-bed, community-based, not-for-profit health system
• The outpatient clinic is conveniently located 4.8 miles from the hospital campus and will move to a new state-of-the-art outpatient medical center in 2024. A robust recruitment package will be provided.
• Team includes seven physicians and 4 experienced PA-Cs
• Collegial team environment with excellent support staff
• Shared call schedule of 1:6 with another Orthopedic Surgery group - Penn State Health
• Clinic and OR rotation with dedicated block time
• EMR: Meditech Expanse
• Three dedicated x-ray suites with state-of-the-art equipment

Compensation Package:

• $100k Sign-on bonus
