Job description

We are an established medical practice serving Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and the surrounding areas, specializing in evaluations for patients with swallowing disorders. We are currently seeking additional physicians to join our team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, and physicians with various levels of experience are encouraged to apply. During training, compensation will be provided.

The practice is part of a larger network with sister practices in New England and Texas.

Compensation and Benefits

1. Annual income for working 4 to 5 days a week ranges from approximately $160,000 to $225,000 or more, depending on volume.
2. Benefits include health coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, and an educational stipend.
3. No weekend or night call responsibilities.
4. Malpractice coverage (including tail) is paid for by the practice. In over 19 years and 400,000 evaluations, there has been no malpractice inquiry or action.

Practice Mission and Services

Midwest Dysphagia Consultants aims to provide professional dysphagia consultations, including modified barium swallow studies, utilizing a mobile unit. Our services cater to various facilities, private offices, and homebound patients requesting swallowing studies from our mobile unit. Most requests are scheduled within 24 to 72 hours, with same-day appointments possible depending on volume and location. Our staff ensures that providers are home between 4:00 and 5:00 PM daily.
