Job description

Join Our Medical Practice as a Physician

We are an established medical practice serving Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and the surrounding areas, specializing in evaluations for patients with swallowing disorders. We are currently seeking additional physicians to join our team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, and applicants with various levels of experience are encouraged to apply. During training, compensation will be provided.

The practice is part of a larger network with sister practices in New England and Texas.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual income ranging from approximately $160,000 to $225,000 or more, depending on volume, for a 4 to 5-day work week.
• Health coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, and educational stipends are available.
• No weekend or night call responsibilities.
• Malpractice coverage (including tail) is paid for by the practice. In over 19 years and 400,000 evaluations, we have not had any malpractice inquiries or actions.

About Midwest Dysphagia Consultants:

Our mission is to provide professional dysphagia consultations, including modified barium swallow studies, utilizing a mobile unit (pictured on our website). Our services cater to various facilities, private offices, and homebound patients, with requests routed through our office staff and scheduled within 24 to 72 hours, often the same day depending on volume and location. Our goal is to ensure staff are home between 4:00 and 5:00 PM daily.
