Job Summary:

Mission Cancer Program seeks to add another BE/BC breast surgeon to the multidisciplinary breast cancer program at Hope Women's Cancer Center in Asheville, NC. Hope Women's Cancer Center offers services including chemotherapy infusion, imaging with mammography, US, image-guided breast biopsy, and CT.

Position Overview:

• The incoming candidate will join a team of 5 physicians.
• Desire to join a well-established practice with a 30-year history in the community, a strong referral base, and robust administrative support.
• Willing to work in a multidisciplinary team environment alongside breast surgeons, radiation oncologists, community plastic surgeons, radiologists, advanced practitioners, physical therapists, LCSW counselors, clinical research staff, nurse navigators, and palliative care.
• Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8 am - 5 pm, and Friday 8 am - 4 pm; no call coverage.
• Note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Qualified Candidates:

• Must be board eligible/board certified in general surgery.
• Must be fellowship trained in breast surgery (completed or in process).
• New graduates and practicing physicians are encouraged to apply.
