• 24 hour beeper call
• 4-6 hours of call back daily

Schedule :

• 8 / 18 7am 8 / 25 7am

Work Details :

• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month : 7-10 days per month
• Patients per day : 1-4
• Department Description :
• EMR : Cerner - Remote Cerner training will be needed the first day or prior to the first day which will take approx. 3-4 hours.
• Case / Procedure Experience : Upper and lower endoscopies required
• Required Procedures : upper and lower endoscopies, laparoscopies

Requirements :

• Board Certification : BC or BE in General Surgery
• License Required : AZ License or IMLC candidates
• DEA : Yes
• Certifications Required : BLS and ACLS
• Minimum Experience Required : 2+ years outside of residency

Credentialing Timeframe : 30 days
