Minimum Requirements:

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery

- Active AZ license or eligible to obtain

- DEA with prescriptive authority

- Experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply

Practice Details:

- Full-Time

- 3 Gen/Surg practice w/dedicated MA Support

- Critical Access Hospital

- Full Spectrum General Surgery practice

- Endoscopy skillset required

- Call: 10 days/mo. required
