Del Sol Medical Center is looking for a full-time or part-time trauma surgeon to join their Level II trauma hospital in El Paso, Texas. Qualified candidates must be board certified in general surgery and either board certified or board eligible in surgical critical care and/or trauma. This role includes providing primary in-house coverage with specific shift requirements.

• Full‑time: 15 shifts per month, primary in‑house coverage (7:00‑19:00 or 19:00‑7:00)
• Part‑time: 5‑10 shifts per month, primary in‑house coverage (7:00‑19:00 or 19:00‑7:00)
• APP support provided
• 2022 Registry Volume: 2,268; Trauma Admissions: 1,366; Blunt 93%, Penetrating 6%.
• Average 3.8 trauma alerts per day
