Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify patient demographics, health history, and insurance details.
• Navigate Care Cloud EMR to schedule and update patient records.
• Liaise between patients, surgeons, and hospital staff pre-operatively.
• Explain the need for pre-op exams, labs, and consent.
• Answer patient calls and follow up with providers and labs.
• Maintain professional appearance and communicate effectively.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
