The ideal candidate has BSN preferred, RN licensure in Kansas, 5 years perioperative RN experience and 3 years in nursing leadership; strong communication, reporting, and budgeting skills to drive care quality and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred and RN licensure in state of practice.
• 5 years RN periop experience required; 3 years nursing leadership experience.
• Strong communication, reporting, and budget management skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, direct, and control activities of the Surgery Center.
• Direct the operations of multiple functioning areas.
• Develop and manage departmental operating budget.
• Establish quality control procedures for the center.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and promote new programs.
• Apply coaching techniques for staff development and conflict resolution.
