Job summary

Qualifications include a bachelor’s in a relevant field, leadership experience, ACLS/PALS/BLS, and multi-state licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in patient care delivery.
• Minimum two years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Nursing, Health Care, or related field OR six years of experience in business ops, clinical health care, or related field.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required at hire.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required at hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides developmental opportunities for others; builds collaborative relationships and coaches for performance improvement.
• Manages designated work unit or team by translating business plans into actionable steps and ensuring policies are followed.
• Manages hospital administrative functions to support patient care, including budgeting, payroll, and compliance reporting.
• Manages care delivery operations 24/7; oversees resource allocation, cross-functional teams, and emergency preparedness.
• Manages improvements to operations and technology processes to improve quality, cost, and efficiency.
• Ensures safe, quality, standardized care delivery by ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
