Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Business, Nursing, Health Care, or directly related field OR six (6) years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads, adapts, implements and stays up to date with changes; drives performance improvement.
• Oversees work plans, assigns resources, and ensures policy compliance.
• Manages hospital administrative functions to support patient care and budgets.
• Directs care delivery operations in a 24/7 environment to meet cost, quality, and utilization standards.
