• Experience with fully managing a budget and hitting/exceeding financial goals in a healthcare leadership position.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple operational areas.
• Comfort working in both office and clinical environments.
• Mobility to move throughout the facility as needed.

United Surgical Partners International, the country’s largest ASC platform is currently seeking a Surgery Center Administrator for San Antonio Endoscopy Center.

San Antonio Endoscopy Center is in San Antonio, TX. Our facility is accredited by the Joint Commission. San Antonio Endoscopy Center is a facility in which physicians have an ownership or investment interest. This facility has 1 OR and 3 PR’s. Our state-of-the-art equipment allows surgeons to perform procedures in the specialty area of GI.

The ideal candidate for this role will either have Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) leadership experience or hospital surgical leadership experience with ASC exposure.

Job Summary
