Job summary

United Surgical Partners International, Inc. is seeking a Surgery Center Administrator for Pacific Endoscopy Center in Pearl City, HI. The Administrator will lead day-to-day operations, oversee financial performance, quality initiatives, and physician relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have ASC leadership experience or hospital surgical leadership with ASC exposure, plus budget management and collaboration with physicians, staff, and governing boards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily facility operations including administrative, clinical, and business functions
• Serve as liaison between Governing Board, Medical Staff, facility leadership, and USPI Home Office
• Ensure regulatory, accreditation, quality, and safety standards are met
• Develop and manage operating, staffing, and capital budgets
• Monitor financial performance and address operational risks
• Oversee staffing, performance management, and workforce planning
• Support physician relationships, credentialing, and medical staff coordination
• Manage vendor, service, and physician contracts
• Support quality improvement and patient experience initiatives
• Participate in operational reviews and facility performance reporting
• Identify opportunities for service line development and operational improvement

United Surgical Partners International, the country’s largest ASC platform is currently seeking a Surgery Center Administrator for Pacific Endoscopy Center.

Pacific Endoscopy Center is located in Pearl City, HI. Our facility is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. Pacific Endoscopy Center is a facility in which physicians have an ownership or investment interest. This facility has 3 OR’s and our state-of-the-art equipment allows surgeons to perform procedures in the specialty areas of Gastroenterology.

The ideal candidate for this role will either have Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) leadership experience or hospital surgical leadership experience with ASC exposure.

Job Summary

The Administrator is responsible for facility operations, financial performance, quality initiatives, and physician relationships while ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. The Administrator collaborates closely with facility leadership, medical staff, governing boards, and USPI’s Home Office to support consistent operations and sustainable performance.

• Support physician relationships, credentialing processes, and medical staff coordination
• Manage vendor, service, and physician contracts
• Support quality improvement, infection control, and patient experience initiatives
• Participate in operational reviews and facility performance reporting
• Identify opportunities for service line development and operational improvement
