Job summary

United Surgical Partners International, the country’s largest ASC platform, is seeking a Surgery Center Administrator for Horizon Ridge Surgery Center in Henderson, NV. You will lead day-to-day operations, oversee financial performance, quality initiatives, and physician relationships to ensure safe, efficient patient care.

The ideal candidate has ASC or hospital leadership experience with ASC exposure, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and at least three years in healthcare management.

Horizon Ridge Surgery Center is located in Henderson, NV. Our facility is accredited by The Joint Commission. Horizon Ridge Surgery Center is a facility in which physicians have an ownership or investment interest. This facility has 3 treatment rooms. The state-of-the-art equipment allows surgeons to perform procedures in the specialty areas of Gastroenterology.

The ideal candidate for this role will either have Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) leadership experience or hospital surgical leadership experience with ASC exposure.

Job Summary
