The role requires strong program management, stakeholder engagement, and leadership to drive governance, performance, and improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs and initiatives.
• Strong project management, organizational, and execution skills.
• Proven ability to influence across multiple functions and levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DS Surgeon Alliance operating model and ensure scalable processes.
• Coordinate engagement across commercial, marketing, medical affairs, and education.
• Manage onboarding and Tier 1 Alliance activities with governance in mind.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and produce dashboards for decision making.
• Drive continuous improvement and alignment across teams.
