Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, DS Surgeon Alliance Execution to lead the Alliance operating model and coordinate cross-functional teams across marketing, commercial, medical affairs, and education. You will translate strategy into scalable processes and ensure governance and continuous improvement.

This role focuses on delivering a high-quality surgeon partnership experience, onboarding, and KPI-driven program oversight within a regulated medical device environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs, projects, or business initiatives.
• Strong project management, organizational, and operational execution skills.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions and levels of an organization.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Preferred experience within healthcare, medical devices, orthopedics, or a highly regulated industry.
• Experience managing professional partnerships, advisory boards, customer engagement programs, or key opinion leader (KOL) initiatives.
• Familiarity with business planning, governance structures, and performance measurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DS Surgeon Alliance operating model execution and ongoing management.
• Translate enterprise strategy into repeatable operational processes and workflows.
• Drive alignment across business functions and ensure consistent adoption.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and governance.
• Maintain documentation, standards, and governance processes.
• Coordinate engagement activities across commercial, marketing, medical affairs, and education.
• Manage onboarding processes and Tier 1 Alliance activities.
• Develop reporting and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Support implementation of new tools and capabilities.
