AAHA accredited 24-hour emergency/specialty hospital located in Mesa, AZ just outside of Phoenix. One of the top veterinary specialty centers in the Southwest. Specialty services include Surgery, Internal Medicine, Critical Care, Oncology, Neurology, Radiology, Emergency Services. Successful rotating internship and specialty internships in surgery and internal medicine. Dedicated diagnostic imaging team consists of three highly trained radiology technicians. State‑of‑the‑art, 18,000 sq. ft. facility features newly renovated 34 bed ICU with 2 Snyder oxygen cages, Newport E360 critical care ventilator, isolation unit, 12 patient telemetry system, several multi‑parameter monitors. Two Sound/Eklin DR systems, 64‑slice CT, 1.5 Tesla MRI, Logiq 9 US, DRE monitors, Storz Video Endoscopy & C‑arm fluoroscopy, newly designed minimally invasive surgical suite, USP 800 compliant oncology suite. Two high quality ultrasounds, a full range of endoscopy equipment. Home to year‑round professional baseball, football, basketball & hockey. Close to the Red Rocks of Sedona, the cool pines of Flagstaff, the majesty of the Grand Canyon and the beaches of Mexico and San Diego. Access to a network of specialists within VCA.
