Job summary

VCA is seeking a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) to join our Arizona hospital as a full-time emergency/specialty clinician. This role requires Arizona licensure or eligibility and a commitment to the highest standards of veterinary medicine and ethics.

You will work within a dynamic, collaborative team delivering world-class care for dogs and cats. The hospital operates 24/7 with multiple shifts, offering ongoing professional development and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• DVM degree from an accredited university.
• Licensure in good standing to practice in Arizona, or ability to obtain.

Schedule

Current hospital hours: 7 days a week, 24 hours. Full-time preferred but open to part-time. We offer 12 shifts a period. Rotation of swing and overnights available.

Our practice focuses on providing specialty and emergency care for dogs and cats. Our doctors handle a diverse range of emergency cases.

Total Rewards

• Compensation: Earning potential up to $200,000. Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, and other relevant credentials. Up to $20,000 available in choice of sign-on/relocation/longevity bonuses. This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.
