Job summary

One Federal Solution is seeking a Program Analyst II (Surge) to provide surge capacity for Science and Technology program management and financial analysis tasks as directed by the Government Business Financial Manager (BFM).

The Program Analyst II will support S&T initiatives through program analysis, financial planning, stakeholder coordination, special studies, and administrative operations.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing DoD/DON budgets and POM development.
• Ability to prepare briefs, reports, and senior leadership correspondence.
• Experience liaising with senior military, government, and civilian personnel.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Surge program & financial support for S&T program management and financial analysis tasks as directed by the Government Business Financial Manager (BFM).
• Strategic and technical program support, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, and acting as liaison with stakeholders (PEOs, SYSCOMs, OSD, etc.).
• Financial planning and analysis, including fiscal submissions and the POM process.
• Program and administrative operations, including SOP development for audit readiness and routing of data calls and correspondence.
