Job summary

One Federal Solution seeks a Program Analyst III (Surge) to provide senior-level surge capacity for S&T program management and financial analysis tasks as directed by the Government Business Financial Manager (BFM).

The Program Analyst III (Surge) will provide senior-level support for S&T initiatives, financial planning and analysis, stakeholder coordination, special studies, and program and administrative operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze complex information, identify core problems, and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Experience liaising with senior military, government, and civilian personnel.
• Familiarity with DoD/DON budget cycle, POM development, and federal regulations (FMR/FMPM).
• Strong written and verbal communication for briefs, reports, and senior leader correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior surge capacity for S&T program management and financial analysis tasks.
• Lead planning and execution support for S&T initiatives and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Perform detailed financial planning, budgeting, and POM submissions support.
• Develop SOPs and support audit readiness and data call processing.
