Job summary

Controller Bay, LLC is seeking a full-time SCA Proctor - Surge to deliver neurocognitive assessment services at designated DoD training sites. You will proctor the ANAM battery in a high-volume surge environment, set up and troubleshoot equipment, and ensure strict adherence to testing protocols and HIPAA standards.

Travel up to 90% may be required and you will coordinate with the IMT-NCAT team. Qualified candidates will have ANAM Proctor and ANAM Systems training, healthcare experience, and

Qualifications

• MANDATORY: ANAM Proctor Certificate of Training.
• ANAM Systems Certificate of Training.
• Six months direct health care in last five years or equivalent training.
• PREFERRED: Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Proctor a battery of tests identified by the DoD in a high-volume environment.
• Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot neurocognitive testing equipment.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of test results per HIPAA/PII.
• Prepare testing and administration mobile lab prior to administration.
• Inventory equipment before/after Surge Mission and post-surge.
• Coordinate with IMT-NCAT Project Manager for training and scheduling.
• Travel may be required up to 90% of any given month.
• Upload ANAM results daily during surge activities.
• Approve timesheet weekly.
• Submit surge AAR no later than three days post surge.
