Job summary

Elios Healthcare in Everett, WA is seeking an experienced Surgical Tech to join our physician-owned surgical team. This full-time role supports orthopedic, sports medicine, spine, and hand procedures.

Enjoy 5 eight-hour shifts or 4 ten-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with no call and no holidays, plus guaranteed hours and a collaborative surgical environment. Work across multiple orthopedic specialties in a supportive setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures, including instruments and equipment
• Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies
• Maintain a sterile field throughout procedures
• Prepare and transport patients for surgery
• Assist with patient positioning and patient safety
• Collect and properly label surgical specimens
• Operate and maintain surgical equipment
• Manage surgical equipment and supply inventory
• Wash and process instruments in accordance with AORN guidelines
