Job summary

Piedmont Rockdale Hospital in Georgia is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to support the scrub role under RN supervision. You will participate in operative procedures, maintain sterile technique, and assist during diverse surgeries to ensure patient safety.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, graduate of a surgical technology program, and current BCLS certification. CST certification is preferred. Prior OR experience and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of Surgical Technology program required.
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist required or 3 years of surgical tech experience.
• BCLS certification required upon hire.
• CST certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs necessary duties in scrub role under the direction of a registered nurse.
• Functions in partnership with licensed staff to provide patient care for clients of various age groups.
