Spicer Group is seeking a Project Manager for Water Resources / Surface Water Services to lead surface water projects from proposal through design, delivery, and construction support. The role includes budgeting, scheduling, resource coordination, quality control, client communication, and overseeing engineers and staff.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills, with experience in the AEC lifecycle and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Must have an engineering degree or equivalent PM experience in AEC.
• PE license or pursuing licensure is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the AEC project life cycle and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and manage budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Design plans, specs, and cost estimates for projects.
• Ensure quality control and supervise report writing and production.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants; lead project teams.
