Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred or can be pursued.
• 5+ years of related experience with increasing responsibility.
• Understanding of the project life cycle in the AEC industry.
• Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals with budgeting, scheduling, directing subordinates, and client communication.
• Manage small to medium projects including proposals, scheduling, budgeting, and team coordination.
• Design plans, specifications, and cost estimates for projects.
• Develop and execute quality control plans per company standards.
• Oversee report writing and production by subordinates and coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Lead and develop engineers and technicians and coordinate with team members.
