Job summary

United States Fleet Forces Command in Virginia beach seeks a Program Analyst (MILCON/Strategic Laydown Requirements) to develop and analyze surface warfare program requirements, coordinate with CNSL and COMNAVSURFOR N8, and support the IPCL and SMP processes.

You will monitor Programs of Record, advocate innovative warfare requirement programs, and help shape budget and long-term infrastructure strategies for surface force operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, coordinate and assess Surface Force warfare MILCON and infrastructure requirements.
• Represent CNSL and COMNAVSURFOR N8 in program assessment activities.
• Monitor and analyze Programs of Record of interest to CNSL, COMNAVSURFOR and Surface enterprise.
• Maintain liaison with OPNAV, USFFC, TYCOMs, Numbered Fleet Commands, System Commands and other agencies.
• Contribute to IPCL and SMP development for MILCON/Infrastructure.
• Develop and implement guidelines/methods to improve program measurement, effectiveness and productivity.
• Advocate new warfare requirement programs within COMNAVSURFOR and CNSL for force-wide implementation.
