U.S. Fleet Forces Command in Norfolk, VA seeks a Program Analyst (MILCON/Strategic Laydown Requirements) to join the WARFIGHTING REQUIREMENTS AND ASSESSMENT (N8) Division.

You will lead complex program analysis for MILCON, Infrastructure planning, and budgeting, interfacing with CNSL and SURFOR leadership. The role requires developing requirements, tracking program metrics, and communicating with OPNAV and fleet stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in complex program analysis related to MILCON, shore infrastructure, facilities planning, budgeting, and project execution.
• Experience developing requirements, evaluating plans and project documentation, analyzing resource needs, and advising senior leaders.
• Experience planning, programming, and using budget expertise.
• Experience applying PPBES knowledge including development, tracking, analysis, and presentation of program metrics and funding options.
• Experience as a facilities and MILCON analyst applying knowledge of facilities program development and coordination of construction.

Aufgaben

• Develop, plan, analyze, coordinate and assess Surface Force warfare program requirements for CNSL, COMNAVSURFOR N8 Directorates.
• Monitor and analyze status of Programs of Record relevant to CNSL and Surface enterprise.
• Maintain liaison with OPNAV, USFFC, TYCOMs, and other federal entities.
• Contribute to IPCL and SMP development for MILCON/Infrastructure.
• Support MILCON and infrastructure requirements aligning with budget and strategic goals.
