Qualifications

• Six (6) years of progressive experience with a Bachelor's in related field; four (4) years with a Master's; or ten years with a High School diploma.
• Active SECRET security clearance required.
• Six (6) years experience in C4ISR ship modernization project planning and execution, risk management, contract deliverables, budgeting, and oversight of task progress.
• Four (4)+ years experience leading recovery activities and coordinating DoD/Navy programs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of field and/or task-level project performance (technical, contractual, administrative, financial).
• Supervises personnel, assigns responsibilities, and maintains customer contacts to ensure contractual obligations.
• Communicates with customers and leadership; analyzes issues and proposes solutions.
• Monitors project progress, prepares financial status updates, and recommends actions to leadership.
• Drafts subcontractor documentation including SOWs, purchase orders, and invoices.
