Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a senior professional to lead Alteration Installation Teams for C4ISR systems on ships and submarines.

You will oversee design, installation, testing, inspection, logistics, and completion of complex shipboard projects for US Navy surface ships, including multi-system coordination and scheduling. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 7+ years of related experience, with at least 4 years in project leadership, plus the ability to travel to various shipyards

Qualifications

• 7+ years of direct work experience with surface ship C4ISR installations.
• 8+ years managing design, installation, testing, inspection, logistics and completion of C4ISR on US Navy ships.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• At least 4 years as manager of shipboard installation projects with supervision, scheduling, proposals and bids.

Responsibilities

• Oversee C4ISR shipboard installation projects, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR.
• Lead scheduling, staffing, proposals, and bid preparation for installation efforts.
• Coordinate logistics, material, and equipment for shipyard and field work.
• Ensure safety protocols and secure working conditions in shipyards.
