Surface Experts - Alabama Gulf Coast is looking for a Surface Experts Technician to join our team. If you enjoy hands-on work and problem-solving, this is the role for you! Do you like working with your hands? Do you enjoy variety in your work? Surface Experts Technician might be the job for you! Enjoy using your creativity to problem‑solve repairs that typically take less than an hour. This position will be starting out as part‑time, with potential to turn into full‑time opportunity.

We Offer:

• Pay range of $18 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance‑based bonuses
• Monthly bonus program depending on add‑on repairs
• Direct four‑week track to Surface Repair Technician
• No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available)
• Paid holidays and paid time off

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands – This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors – Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do

Duties:

• Display world‑class customer service for tenants and property management staff
• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
• Communicate with the support team with questions
• Understand and utilize our unique 5‑step repair process
• Employ each tool in your custom tool‑kit
• Problem‑solve repairs with creativity
