Job summary

Surface Experts is seeking a hands-on Technician to perform on-site surface repair work across a range of clients, including property management, hotels, and movers. You will complete multiple on-site visits daily, manage customer communication, and track progress using our CRM/Dispatch tool.

Ideal candidates bring practical experience with tools and materials, strong color-matching ability, and good time-management.

Qualifications

• Experience working with your hands in construction, painting, or related fields.
• Strong color-matching ability and basic color theory knowledge.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• On-site for 4+ customers per day.
• Handle on-site work orders, customer service, and follow-ups.
• Work with diverse customers including property management, hotels, movers, and builders.
