Qualifications

• Hands-on lab experience with interfacial materials or wet-chemistry techniques.
• Ability to follow detailed written procedures (SOPs, batch records) precisely.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in fast-paced environments.
• Comfort with structured documentation (ELN, GDP-style recordkeeping).

Responsibilities

• Execute surface functionalization batch runs per SOPs/batch records under supervision.
• Operate core surface characterization methods (fluorescence-based assays, contact angle) with training.
• Record characterization results accurately for RA/scientist review.
• Assist with surface deposition/patterning runs (spin-, dip-, spray-coating; plasma activation).
• Prepare samples and run defined test conditions for DOE plans as directed by staff.
• Log data in lab notebooks/ELN; flag deviations from parameters.
• Maintain inventory of chemistry consumables and reagents.
• Maintain cleanroom/lab space per site protocols.
• Collaborate with RAs and scientists; follow established procedures precisely.
