Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency seeks an Account Manager on the Surety team to support bond processing and client services. You will prepare and execute various bonds, service new and renewal accounts, and manage indemnities and power of attorney filings.

Strong relationship-building with clients and carriers is essential. Required are five+ years of insurance experience, a P&C license (or plan to obtain in 90 days), and familiarity with agency software.

Qualifications

• Five or more years insurance experience (preferably in contract and commercial surety).
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Accounting or financial background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and execution of bonds (performance & payment, license, court, misc.).
• Service and market new and renewal Surety accounts and process indemnities.
• Maintain power of attorney filings and bond supply; build client relationships.
