Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Site Warehouse Supervisor in Missouri to lead warehousing and transportation operations, recruit and train staff, ensure safety and food safety compliance, and manage the department budget to support growth. The role is integral to maintaining efficient, compliant daily workflows in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will work with multiple teams to implement process improvements, oversee operations, and ensure high standards of quality and regulatory

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of operations experience in foodservice distribution.
• Experience overseeing warehouse operations and/or processing facility.
• Solid knowledge of food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for site warehousing/transportation functions as first line supervisory within the OpCo.

Job Description:

Responsibility for site warehousing / transportation functions as first line supervisory within the OpCo, and includes recruiting, safety and compliance, food safety measures, training and ensuring proper management of operations department(s). May also be responsible for manufacturing/processing functions where applicable. Manage to an established operations budget and plans for future growth and implements changes as needed to accommodate business needs. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Qualifications:
