RR Donnelley & Sons is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day upkeep of facilities and equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to plant operations. You will supervise the building and equipment services team, coordinate preventive maintenance, and drive energy efficiency and safety programs.

The ideal candidate speaks English and Spanish, has a technical background, strong communication, analytical and organizational skills, and can read blueprints.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate's degree in a technical field preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• English and Spanish speaking required.
• Prior leadership experience desired.
• Strong technical knowledge of building and support equipment.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills are also required.
• Ability to read blueprints, maintenance technical bulletins etc.
• Must be familiar with mechanical, electrical, OSHA and environmental regulations and compliance.
• Ability to maintain a clean safe work area.
• Ability to multi-task, handling, or leading multiple tasks at once.

Additional Information

RRD's current salary range for this role is $68,500 to $106,900 / year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future.At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
