Job summary

RRD is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Supervisor for its Florida operations. The role leads day-to-day maintenance of facilities and equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to plant operations.

Responsibilities include supervising the building and equipment services team, coordinating preventative maintenance, and driving energy efficiency. Requires 3+ years of experience, high school diploma, and English/Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate’s degree in a technical field preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• English and Spanish speaking required.
• Strong knowledge of building and support equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and maintenance bulletins.

• Promotes safe working conditions through housekeeping and ensures proper safety practices are followed.
• Performs other duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

• Ability to read blueprints, maintenance technical bulletins etc.

Additional Information

RRD's current salary range for this role is $68,500 to $106,900 / year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future.At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
