Areas USA, Inc. is seeking a Concessions Supervisor to lead team members in delivering guest service. You will assign duties, train staff, and manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment at our concession site in Buffalo.

The role requires restaurant experience and at least 2 years of supervisory experience. You will handle cash, supervise labor, and ensure high-quality customer service while supporting inventory and POS duties.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a restaurant is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to implement rules and direct employees.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training.
• Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.
• Manage labor and profit loss
• Ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift
