Job description

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in THE DEPARTMENT OF NAVY of NAVAL ACADEMY. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

• Advising on work in all phases of the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System;
• Analyzing costs and benefits of alternate methods of financial management of an organization's programs and administrative operations;
• Developing formal systems for planning, formulation, reviewing, and execution the allocation of all funds for the command;
• Monitoring budget execution of assigned appropriations and investigate/find the cause of any significant variance.
