Job description

You will serve as a JSF International SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Cooperative and Foreign Military Sales Programs of NAVAL AIR SYSTEM COMMAND HQ-OSF.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

  • Applying advanced financial management concepts, principles, practices, laws, regulations, and policies in support of complex international programs;
  • Providing financial management support and oversight for international Cooperative Programs, including planning, budgeting, execution, analysis, and coordination of multinational program requirements;
  • Managing or providing oversight of Foreign Military Sales Administrative (FMS Admin) resources, including requirements development, funding allocation, labor, execution, tracking, forecasting, and reporting;
  • Utilizing financial management systems and tools to analyze financial information, identify and resolve system or process issues, maintain data integrity, and support the development or implementation of new financial capabilities;
  • Providing leadership, oversight, technical guidance, and mentorship to financial management personnel, including establishing priorities, managing workload, developing the workforce, and promoting consistent financial management practices;
  • and Advising senior leadership and coordinating with program offices, international program stakeholders, and cross-functional organizations to resolve complex financial, resource, and programmatic issues.
