Entergy Louisiana, LLC is seeking a Design Supervisor to oversee daily activities within the design area and collaborate with Planner/Scheduler to balance workloads and respond to customer inquiries. The role requires extensive knowledge of design processes and safety standards.

The successful candidate will approve timesheets, manage time off, and ensure compliance with union agreements and tariff rules. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Competenze

• 2-4 year technical degree or equivalent electrical distribution work experience.
• 10 years cumulative Electrical Distribution/Transmission/Substation experience OR 5 years Distribution technical experience.
• 2 years Distribution design experience with DIS, GDT or Maximo.
• Good working knowledge of Entergy Construction Specifications.

• Provides post construction audits to ensure designer accuracy, and to correct any frequent designer mistakes.
• Assists with difficult design issues, and customer issues or complaints.
• Provides basic surveying, field operation, DIS/GDT/Maximo, Safety procedures and Construction Standards training for the DDs.
• Performs office audits, driver observations, and other safety related tasks.

Minimum Requirements
