Johnson Controls in Morenci, AZ is seeking a Service Technician to perform service and repairs on portable fire extinguishers, kitchen hood systems, and suppression gas systems at customer sites. You will read blueprints and manuals, troubleshoot, install, and manage daily service calls.

Requirements include 2+ years of experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, strong customer-facing problem-solving, and PC skills (Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook).

What you will do

Perform service and repairs on Portable Fire Extinguishers, Kitchen Hood Systems & Suppression Gas Systems in addition to other related building system products at customer sites. Service, troubleshoot and install many different manufacturers including Simplex and ANSUL. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs,schematics,and operational product manuals. Manage daily service call, customer activity and program system products. You will work with clean agent systems, dry chemical systems, and special hazards.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $21-28 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
