Johnson Controls supports customers with life safety service work by helping keep scheduling, dispatch, and service commitments organized and on track.
In this role, you will coordinate and optimize service work so customers receive timely support and technicians are assigned efficiently. You will balance customer commitments, technician availability, and branch priorities while communicating clearly across customers, field teams, and management.
Own the schedule with accountability, safety, and integrity by keeping commitments visible and making disciplined decisions about service delivery. Use Oracle (ACE) automated scheduler functionality to assign calls efficiently and support the best possible customer outcome. Focus on what matters by prioritizing work based on workload, customer need, and service urgency rather than simply moving tasks forward. Work closely with customers, technicians, and branch leaders to win as one team, resolve issues quickly, and keep communication clear when plans change.
This role gives you the chance to play a direct part in keeping service commitments on track and supporting customers who depend on timely coordination.
