Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years experience, or an Associate's Degree with 1 year experience in supports.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for work.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the STEPS program.
• Supervise, coach, and support Employment Services Specialists.
• Develop engaging daily activities and individualized goal plans.
• Ensure quality services and person-centered supports.
• Complete assessments and oversee required documentation.
• Train and mentor new staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advocate for participants.
• Provide hands-on support to participants when needed.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment.
