Job summary

Arundel Lodge Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated rehab professional to support the Supportive Living Program for individuals with serious behavioral health disorders. You will directly care for clients, manage a caseload of about 15, and provide goal work and symptom management across six visits per month.

The role requires travel within the service area and documentation in EHR systems, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, psychosocial support, and independence in daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Required High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or human services.
• Experience with clinical documentation, including progress notes, service plans, and discharge summaries.
• Proficiency in using a computer for documentation and EHR systems.
• Travel: ability to travel frequently within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and case management for individuals with serious behavioral health disorders.
• Manage a caseload of about 15 clients with individualized goal work and symptom management.
• Assist with goal work including physical health, daily living skills, and coping strategies.
• Document progress notes and maintain organized client files in the system.
• Collaborate with teams to support clients in Anne Arundel County and surrounding areas.
